Shipping and Tracking
- Shipping time
Domestic Shipping (United States) usually takes 12-24 days to arrive.
International Shipping usually takes 20-40 days to arrive. *May arrive earlier*
All Apparel will arrive in 5-12 days.
- Stolen package
A package that is stolen will be the buyer's responsibility.
- Undelivered or lost package
In a rare case, if your package has been lost during the shipment process or has not been delivered yet, it will be the buyer's responsibility to figure things out only if the package is in America, but if the package is still shipping overseas, it will be our responsibility.
- Incorrect address information
Any package that has an incorrect address will be sent back to the vendor overseas. The product will not be shipped back to the buyer until he or she has repaid for shipping. Before submitting your order please glance at your information and make sure it is 100% correct. If we have mistaken the address in our system it will be our responsibility to fix it and reship the item.
- Shipping Origin
Our manufacturer is located in Asia. In order to keep our quality high and prices low, we have centralized our origin in Asia to fulfill these needs.
- Shipping Location
We can ship to anywhere located in the United States.
We also have international shipping which includes Germany, Canada, Russia, Spain, France, United Kindom, Netherlands, and Chile.
- Taxes and Import Duties
Since we do not charge any taxes or import duties on our items. Any taxes or import duties upon arrival will be the buyer's responsibility. In a rare case, if any of these are charged by your local customs, it will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for these fees.
- Late or Backordered
If a product is back ordered due to high popularity and limited quantities. We will contact you right away to let you know what is going on. If no email is received about a late product, we will refund you right away.
- Refund Policy
Email us first at email@example.com to let us know why you would like a refund.
Refunds will be awarded before 30 days of arrival of the product. After 30 days, we can not guarantee that a full refund will be awarded.
For a product to be returned, it must be in the same unused condition as it came in with all the original packaging. Any product that has been used or damaged may result in only a partial or no refund.
After the product is returned to the given address through email, a refund will be given based on the condition of the product in 1-2 business days.
Reminder, that shipping costs will be purchased by the buyer and will be their responsibility to make sure the product arrives safely.
After the examining process is over, an email with the refund will be delivered through the same choice of payment.
We can not accept any exchanges except if a product is damaged or defected. Otherwise, a return will still be accepted.
Damage or Wrong Product
If a product is damaged upon arrival please contact us ASAP. A full refund or reshipment of the product is only awarded after the examination through our Help Team.
If the wrong product is sent, we'll reship the product right away.
Orders and Cancellations
Edit or Change Product
Once a product is placed, you only have 1 hour before an order is finalized and can not be changed. Please double check your information and be 100% committed so you won't have to go through this trouble.

After 1 hour of the submitted order, there will be no cancellation or changes.
Same applies to cancellations. Anytime before 1 hour of your submitted order, you will have a chance to cancel your order.

We accept PayPal and major credit cards.
An order is not confirmed until we have confirmation that your PayPal or credit card has been charged.
